Booking 2023-2024 dates!
Submit an inquiry via our “Contact Us” form here on our website. Let us know more about your event and any details you have thus far. Please make sure you include what you are looking for from us? Mobile bar service, food truck catering, traditional style catering, drop off service or if you just aren't sure yet.
If we are available on your date, based on the information you provided us we will put together a catering package and some basic pricing information for you to review.
When you are ready to book (keep in mind that the date is not held until the contract is signed) we will send over a contract with the basic details we have locked in for you to sign.
A retainer fee will also be taken at contract signing (based on the event pricing but a minimum $250). Please note, this retainer is non-refundable once the contract is submitted).
Closer to your event (about 2 weeks out), we will send out any final questions, details, timeline requests, etc. This allows us to confirm the details on our end and allow you to focus on everything else.
Final payment will be due (1) week prior to your event. This gives you time for any last minute changes but also to check it off your list.
One to two hours before service time we show up to setup. Please note, parking location and details for where to setup are vital as we try to bother you as little as possible. Once your event starts, you sit back and relax while we take care of the food and drinks for you. Once our contracted time is up, we clean our area up, pack up and head out. If you have a balance for an overage we just ask that you swing by and we will get your tab closed up and let you get back to your fun.
